The ETUC Executive Committee adopted this resolution on the 19 November 2025. It builds on the confirmation of almost all the provisione of the Adequate Minimum Wage Directive, and builds on the momentum to call for a European framework to push collective bargaining across Europe. It also address the adequacy of statutory minimum wages.
